The MiM story?
2010 marks the 7th year for the free concert series, Music in Mears. The
series that started in 2004 with just 4 shows in September grew to 12 weeks in
2006 and continues to add to the excitement of living, working or playing in
Downtown St. Paul! Once again Brian Horst (Details)has teamed up with a few good people like Paul
Kaelble, Clint Roberts/One
Simple Plan (the Man behind the schedule), Saint Paul Parks and Recreation,
the team at the Lowertown Entertainment District to put together another
excellent 11 weeks of great free outdoor concerts and 6 weeks of movies!
The concert series begins June 10th and runs until Aug 26th,
Thursdays 6pm to 9pm. The movies will run July 22nd - August 26th immediately following the concert.(thanks to Comcast) Each concert date will feature great live music,
food,/beverages from The Bulldog, Bario Tequila Bar, Black Dog Cafe & Wine Bar and Station 4, along with various merchants and artists from the
St. Paul community.
